Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the moment you receive your order to cancel your purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty, as established by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.
How to exercise it
Send your request by filling in the form below. We will evaluate your request and reply by email within 48 hours. If the request is eligible for the withdrawal, we will give you full instructions on how to send back the products and details about the refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
EU Directive 2011/83/EU lists several categories of goods and services excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The sections below cover the cases that apply to this shop.
Hygiene-sealed items
Items sealed for hygiene or health protection and unsealed after delivery are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU – if opened. Your right of withdrawal remains unchanged if the product is still sealed.
Event tickets
Services tied to a specific date or period of performance — such as event tickets — are excluded from the right of withdrawal — Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it simply registers your request; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted. We will confirm it by email.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
