Right of withdrawal
As provided for by EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country, the Customer, if he or she is also a Consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the product for purposes not related to his or her professional activity, i.e. does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a VAT number reference), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without any penalty, within 14 working days from receipt of the purchased product.
To exercise this right, go to the Right of withdrawal page and fill in the request form.
We will evaluate your request and reply by email within 48 hours. If the request is eligible for the withdrawal, we will give you full instructions on how to send back the products and details about the refund.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to some products in our shop, i.e.:
- Items sealed for hygiene or health protection and unsealed after delivery (Art. 16(a), (c), (d), (e), (i) of Directive 2011/83/EU)
- Services tied to a specific date or period of performance such as event tickets (Art. 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU).
You must return the goods intact and carefully packaged:
- As new and in the original packaging.
- Clothing products must have the label attached.
- The accessories must be made up of all their parts, in their original packaging.
In the case of premium transactions or combined promotional sales, where the purchase of a good is associated with another good that is given as a gift or sold at a discounted price, in order to correctly exercise the right of withdrawal, you must return both goods purchased.
You may choose at your discretion the courier or postal service with which to return the goods and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a service that also offers tracking of the goods, so that we can verify the correct receipt of the return at our warehouse. We shall not be liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
After having checked the product received and approved the return, we will refund the price of the product for which you have exercised the right of withdrawal and any shipping costs incurred at the time of the order (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than our standard shipping).
We will refund you using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise.

Statutory guarantee of conformity
As provided for by the EU Consumer Code, if a product is defective you are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity.
You you can ask for a replacement for quality reasons by sending us an email at order@axaeco.se, providing us defective products detail photos.
We will evaluate your request and reply by email within 48 hours. If the request is eligible for the guarantee replacement, we will give you full instructions on how to return the goods and details about the replacement.
You must return the goods intact and carefully packaged:
- As new and in the original packaging.
- Clothing products must have the label attached.
- The accessories must be made up of all their parts, in their original packaging.
Shipping costs will be borne by Axaeco (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than our standard shipping).
After having checked the product received and approved the guarantee replacement, we will send a replacement, without any cost for you.
Size or item change
We want you to live the best experience with our products.
If you ordered the wrong size or product, you can ask for a new size or new item at order@axaeco.se.
We will evaluate your request and reply by email within 48 hours giving you full instructions on how to return the wrong goods and details about the replacement.
You must return the goods intact and carefully packaged:
- As new and in the original packaging.
- Clothing products must have the label attached.
- The accessories must be made up of all their parts, in their original packaging.
In case of size or item change the shipping of the new size or new item will be payed by Axaeco.
Colours
We have done our best to display the colours of the products presented on axaeco.com/se as faithfully as possible, but since the colours displayed depend on the computer monitor or mobile device screen you use, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor or device screen will display the colours faithfully.
